vDesk applications unavailable from off-campus 7/13/2014 [Resolved]

[Original post] Some members of the campus community have reported that they are unable to launch vDesk applications from off-campus. They receive the error message “an error occurred while making the requested connection.” Access to vDesk from on-campus is not affected. We appreciate your patience as we investigate this issue, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Account authentication issues 7/7/2014

Some members of the campus community have experienced difficulty using their Puget Sound account to login to their campus computers and Outlook Web Access (Webmail). This appears to be due to the fact that their account is locked due to a number of incorrect authentication attempts. We are investigating the source of this issue, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Outlook Junk Email Filtering Not Functioning 4/28/2014 [Resolved]

[Original] Some members of the campus community have reported receiving an increased number of junk email messages. Unfortunately, we are having an issue with Outlook and Outlook Web Access (Webmail) junk email filtering not functioning at the moment. While junk email is still being filtered on the email server, any local junk email settings or filtering that you may have set up in Outlook or Webmail are not being applied. Email Delivery Issues 4/14/2014 [Resolved]
