REASON FOR IMPACT: During this maintenance window Technology Services will be installing a system update to KACE, our support ticketing and Windows deployment appliance, and upgrading the SSL certificate. KACE will be unavailable during this timeframe.

DATE(s) of IMPACT: Sunday September 9th, 6 a.m.-3 p.m.

REASON FOR IMPACT: To ensure a secure, reliable computing environment TS will be completing routine patch maintenance on our Puget Sound production servers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The university network, internet access and wireless will NOT be affected.

REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology Services is working to resolve an expired certificate issue on PeopleSoft Financials. Currently Financials Self-Service items via mypugetsound.edu are not accessible.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

·       To access PS Financials while we are working on this issue, go directly to https://psfinancials.pugetsound.edu and accept the invalid certificate error. The steps to do this will vary based on the web browser that you are using. Please contact the Service Desk for assistance.
