On Friday March 10th, starting at 10 PM, Network Services will be doing maintenance in the following buildings:
Field House, Baker Stadium, Aquatics Center
Network services including data, wireless and VOIP will be unavailable intermittingly for periods of 15-30 minutes.
This work is necessary for to improve network connectivity.

PeopleSoft Campus and Portal Intermittently Unavailable Saturday, March 3rd from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.[Complete]
Upgrade is complete.
Due to scheduled maintenance, access to PeopleSoft Campus and Portal will be intermittent on Saturday, March 3rd starting at 8:00 a.m. for a PeopleSoft update.

Papercut Upgrade, Printing downtime [COMPLETE]
We will be upgrading Papercut on our print server beginning at 6 AM on Friday 2/24/17. Printing services will be unavailable during this time. Printing services should be restored by 8 AM.
****UPDATE****
The PaperCut upgrade was successful and printing is back online. There is a small delay with the ability to add credit to users, we expect that to be working again in the next 3 hours.

The ability for users to purchase printing credits is functioning properly now. The Papercut upgrade is complete and functioning fully.
Internet Outage – 2/15/2017 [Resolved]
UPDATE: K20 has informed us that the maintenance was completed as scheduled. The total down time was less than 10 minutes.
Our main internet provider will be doing an urgent configuration change tonight from 11 PM to 1 AM to address a software bug. The internet will be unavailable for periods of up to 5-10 minutes during this time.

Brief Internet Outage
Our main internet provider K20 had a hardware failure that caused a brief outage around 3:15 PM. Internet traffic was restored as their equipment automatically re-routed traffic.

Intermittent Internet Outage – 2/12/2017 [Resolved]
UPDATE: K20 has completed their maintenance. There should be no further disruptions to internet traffic.

K20 is conducting a planned firmware upgrade on their core routers to patch a software bug. Outage will be intermittent (less than 10 minutes) between the hours of 8 AM and 10 AM.
We will update this post once we get confirmation the K20 has completed their work.

Pre-Production Server Patch Maintenance 02/12/2017 [completed]

[original] Pre-Production Server Patch Maintenance is scheduled for Sunday, 02/12/2017, from 8 am. to 5 pm. This should NOT affect any production services such as email, individual and departmental file shares, database applications, or web services (Moodle, vDesk, etc.). - Please note that the CS90TST environment remains unavailable as TS completes the refresh.

TS Planned Outage Alert: {myPugetSound}{PeopleSoft Campus} COMPLETED
This is an update from Technology Services that the following system are updated and available online.
WHAT: myPugetSound & PeopleSoft Campus were taken offline for an upgrade this weekend and are now available for use.
WHY: Technology Services upgraded these environments with a new version of PeopleTools. PeopleTools is the foundation which supports the PeopleSoft application modules. One can think of it as similar to the IOS of an iPhone.
NOTE TO USERS: Users should clear their browser’s cache before continuing work on Monday. Users may experience intermittent slowness the first business day after the upgrade. [Monday January 30th]
