Technology Services (TS) has planned the following maintenance activities. Details on the maintenance being performed are available below:

Music Network: Planned Maintenance

Thursday, April 3 | 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: 

  • Music Network

REASON FOR MAINTENANCE:

  • Technology Services will be replacing a battery backup system.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

  • During the maintenance window, Wi-Fi connections in the Music building will go offline for approximately 15 minutes.

Technology Services (TS) is working to resolve the following incident. Details on the issue is available below:


PeopleSoft Financials – Duplicates in Annual Budget, Carryover Projects, and Grants & Project tiles

Issue Started March 17, 2025


SYSTEMS IMPACTED: 

  • PeopleSoft Financials tiles in myPugetSound

CURRENT STATUS: 

  • TS and the Office of Finance are investigating why duplicate entries are showing for people reviewing their Annual Budget, Carryover Projects, and Grants & Projects. TS will update as new information is available. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW::

  • Please do not continue to request any transfers or corrections for entries that appear to be duplicates until after you receive notice that the incident is resolved.
