myPugetSound Unavailable – Saturday, May 9 [Complete]

[Updated 5/9/15 2:30pm] The PeopleTools upgrade of myPugetSound to 8.54 is complete, and the environment is now available for use at https://my.pugetsound.edu.

If you run into any issues with how Portal is displaying  when you log in, please try clearing your browser cache and trying again. If the issue still persists, please contact the Technology Service Desk at 253.879.8585 or servicedesk@pugetsound.edu. 

[Original] Due to a scheduled system upgrade, myPugetSound will be unavailable between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 9. Please note that PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft Campus, and PeopleSoft Human Resources will not be affected and can still be accessed through Cascade. An update will be posted here after the maintenance has been completed.

PeopleSoft Campus Unavailable 4/6/2015 [Resolved]

[Original Post] Members of the campus community have reported that they are unable to login to or access information from PeopleSoft Campus. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are working to restore access as quickly as possible.

myPugetSound and PeopleSoft Campus Unavailable – Saturday, January 24 [Completed]

[Updated 1/24/15, 2:24 p.m.] The upgrade was completed successfully. PeopleSoft Campus and myPugetSound are now back in service.

[Original] Due to a scheduled system upgrade, myPugetSound and PeopleSoft Campus, including Student Center, will be unavailable between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24. Please note that PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft Human Resources will not be affected and can still be accessed through Cascade.

Known Issues:

  • “Wrapping” needed for Browse Course Catalog and Search for Classes links on the sign-in page.
  • Internet Explorer Compatibility  Issue – Accordion Menu is automatically expanded
  • Connection to the PeopleSoft Financials environment is not in place.
  • Sign-in pagelet on External Page should read ‘Sign In’ instead of ‘Login’
