Integra Internet Circuit work scheduled

Integra will be working on installing a new Internet circuit on 8/13/2010 from 6:30am-8:00am intermittent outages are expected, which will only effect the internet browsing on the resnet side of the campus.

Integra circuit is back in operation with minor issues on the Integra side.  We will have to arrange another appointment to finish the upgrade.  07:45am  08/13/2010.

Update at 12:20 PM on 6/27/2010:  All maintenance was completed by noon.  All services are online and functional.  Please call the Service Desk at x8585 if you experience any problems.

[Resolved] Service Desk Survey Unavailable 6/8/10

[Updated 6/9/10 2:11 PM] Service has been restored and the survey tool is once again available for use. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The appliance used by the Technology Service Desk to survey users with resolved Clientele tickets is currently unavailable. We are working to restore service as soon as possible. For assistance, contact the Service Desk at 253.879.8585 or servicedesk@pugetsound.edu.

Updated 5/23/2010 at 3:58 PM:  All services are now back online, including password synchronization.

Updated 5/23/2010 at 3:15 PM:  Currently all applications are available again, but desktop and email password changes are not currently syncing to Cascade; we expect this issue to be resolved by 5:00 PM.

The next production maintenance window is Sunday, May 23, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

This month some database applications will be unavailable during the outage window including Cascade and Banner.  All other services will remain available throughout the maintenance window.
