Wi-Fi & Security Cameras: Outage on 2nd Floor of Wheelock [Service Restored]
REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology’s Services is working to resolve an outage that is impacting devices being able to access the campus network on the 2nd Floor of Wheelock. TS will update when new information is available or when the issue is resolved.

Puget Sound Network: Network Outage (Restored)
Issue: Network outage occurred Friday 7/22/2022 @ 12:16 and lasted for approximately 4.5 minutes.
Resolution: The device that caused the outage was rebooted to restore network connectivity.

REASON FOR IMPACT: Our Internet Service Provider, K20, has scheduled a demand maintenance window beginning at 10 pm on 7/19/22 to 2 am on 7/20/22. K20 will perform a software upgrade on one of the K20 core routers in Seattle. Customers directly connected to this router will see 2 service interruptions of 10 to 15 minutes each.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
· Internal campus networks and Wi-Fi will not be affected. Campus users will be able to access internal servers and services.
