SYSTEMS IMPACTED: 

From 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. a firmware update will be installed on our Wi-Fi system. This will cause a Wi-Fi network outage on campus resulting in the following:

  • Internet access will be unavailable via Wi-Fi.

  • Accessing services on campus using Wi-Fi that require a network connection will not be available, including file shares, PeopleSoft, and other services.

  • Systems connected to a wired network connection will continue to work normally.

From 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., the following systems will be intermittently unavailable:

SYSTEMS IMPACTED:

Update: The campus-wide network outage planned for Sunday morning has been cancelled. The remaining planned maintenance will still be performed as scheduled, from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.


From 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. a firmware update will be installed on our core switches. This will cause a full network outage on campus resulting in the following:
