[Original Post] We are working to address the current service issues with the wireless network in high traffic areas, particularly in Diversions Cafe and the Murray Boardroom in Wheelock Student Center. Users are reporting the inability to connect with the wireless or, if they are able to connect, being unable to access the Internet. We realize this is very frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to resolve these issues soon and will post updates as we have them. Thank you so much for your patience!

Enrollment Data Issue 7/26/13 [Resolved]

[Updated 7/26/13 4:40 p.m.] The enrollment data in PeopleSoft has been restored and all dependent information, including student schedules and class rosters, should be accurate. Network and Phone Outage in McIntyre 7/15/13 [Resolved]

[Updated 7/15/13, 11:10 a.m.] All services have been restored to McIntyre Hall. Work continues to provide a permanent solution to the power problem that occurred. If you experience any further issues, please contact the Technology Service Desk at 253.879.8585 or servicedesk@pugetsound.edu.

[Original] Due to a minor, unexpected power outage in McIntyre Hall, network and phone service is currently unavailable in the building. Due to the impact on the university’s server room located in McIntyre, other services across campus may be affected. We are working to restore power and full services to McIntyre as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!

Email System Maintenance 6/24/13 [Completed]

Maintenance work on the university’s email system is scheduled for Monday, June 24, from 10:00 p.m. to midnight. This work is required to prepare for our upgrade to Exchange 2013 later this year. Members of the Puget Sound community should not experience any disruption in their university email service.
