[Original Post] A one-hour wireless outage is scheduled on Sunday, 9/22/13, between 4:00-5:00 a.m. We will be applying a special update designed by Aruba to fix the problem they detected, which is the cause of recent issues we have been experiencing.
[Updated 9/13/13, 4:47 a.m.] The maintenance was completed at 4:45 a.m., and wireless network service was restored.

[Original Post] Routine maintenance on the wireless network is scheduled to take place between 4:00 and 6:00 a.m. on Monday, August 26, 2013. The total downtime for the wireless network should be no more than 60 minutes during this time. Thank you.
Impulse Point will be upgrading our SafeConnect server on Wednesday 5/22 starting at 5:00am PDT.
The upgrade is scheduled to take approximately 2 hours, commencing no later than 8:00am PDT.
During the 2 hour upgrade period the server will fail open allowing all access until the upgrade is complete.
When the server is re-established, any user that is not compliant may be blocked, but all compliant users will not notice any change.

Campus residences will not be affected. We anticipate the disruption in service will last approximately 5 minutes during this outage window.

[Updated 4/13/2013 10:33 AM] Integra has determined the issue to be a power outage in the area. They are working to resolve the issue. No resolution time has been determined at this point.
[Original] Residential buildings are experiencing a network outage. We are working with Integra, the Internet service provider, to determine the cause. Connections in academic and administrative buildings are still working well. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
The defective switch has been replaced, so Trimble network is back to normal. 8:30pm 4/6/2013.
A switch failed in Trimble 107 IDF causing an outage of the wireless and most of the basement and first floor wired jacks. We have restored the wireless and most of the building, by by-passing the defective switch. We are working to configure a new switch and replacing it asap. I would anticipate approximately one hour before the entire building is back in service. 9:10pm 4/6/2013.
[Completed 4/5/13 1:30 AM] All scheduled switch upgrades have been completed. Remaining required upgrades will be scheduled at a later time.

Our K20 Internet provider for all of our academic buildings suffered a major outage affecting multiple sites across the state.
We have recovered from the majority of the impact, but some sites are still unavailable on the internet.
They are working on the problem, but do not have an estimated time of repair.

Scheduled intermittent network outages will occurr on Saturday 03/02/2013 for network switch upgrade/replacment from 12:00-6:00am in the following buildings.
On Wednesday 03/06/2013 between 11:59-03:00am, Integra will be performing scheduled maintenance to repair some inline equipment.
During this maintenance window, you will experience some brief service interruptions on the Integra (ResNet) internet service.
The scheduled maintenace has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for a later time. Please disregard the previous notice.
On Sunday Dec 2nd, 3pm Eastern US time K20 will perform maintenance on one of it’s main sites. They will be doing power upgrades on one of the main racks onsite that will require an outage of the rack itself and potentially the entire site. This window is scheduled from 3pm to 7pm Eastern US time. (12:00 – 4:00pm Pacific US time).
