Campus Systems Unavailable Due to Scheduled Maintenance 07/10/2016 [completed]

[update 07/10/2016 12:45 p.m.] The single sign on component of Cascade has been finished.

This concludes our planned patch maintenance and database migration for this weekend.

[update 07/10/2016 11:55 a.m.] We’re nearly complete with our work except for the single sign on component in Cascade is still outstanding. This will only affect users attempting to log into Cascade via the web. The other back-end processes in Cascade are verified operational.

Our database migration to the new storage array was successful and PeopleSoft is fully operational.

The rest of our production systems have been successfully patched.

An update will be made when the single sign on component has been fixed. This is expected to be resolved this afternoon.

PeopleSoft Enhancement Installation, January 22 and January 25 [COMPLETED]

[1/26/2016, 10:13 am] Work has been completed on this installation.

[Original] PeopleSoft will be undergoing work to enhance password and username self-service functionality.  No loss of service is expected, however we will post updates should this work pose any issues during this installation window.

[Update 1/10/2015 9:00 PM] We have nearly completed our production patch maintenance.  All systems have been fully patched as of 11:40 AM except for one portion of Exchange (our email and calendar system).  We expect to have that portion finished up tomorrow.  We do not expect that it will have any impact on end users. Password Synchronization Not Working 8/17/2015

Member of the campus community have reported that our Puget Sound account password synchronization process does not seem to be working. If you change your Puget Sound password in Cascade, it is not currently automatically syncing over to Webmail, PeopleSoft, myPugetSound, and other systems.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, if you reset your password in Cascade, please also manually reset it in Webmail (which will also sync over to PeopleSoft and myPugetSound). myPugetSound and PeopleSoft Intermittently Unavailable [Resolved]
