Switch failure in Trimble 107.

The defective switch has been replaced, so Trimble network is back to normal.  8:30pm 4/6/2013.

A switch failed in Trimble 107 IDF causing an outage of the wireless and most of the basement and first floor wired jacks. We have restored the wireless and most of the building, by by-passing the defective switch. We are working to configure a new switch and replacing it asap. I would anticipate approximately one hour before the entire building is back in service.              9:10pm 4/6/2013.

Due to the nature of the upgrade from version 3.0.2 to 3.5.1, some themes used previously are not compatible with the new version. We will work closely with site administrators to ensure a smooth transition and select appropriate themes that will work. Please contact Giot at gconcepcion@pugetsound.edu or 253.879.3773 for assistance.
