Dear members of the Puget Sound community, Technology Services (TS) is aware of ongoing issues affecting several cloud-hosted systems used by the campus community. The issues are the result of an Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage that began on October 20, 2025 at 12:11 a.m. Though the issues with many AWS services have been mitigated, some services continue to be impacted and are in the process of being restored.
