DATE(s) of IMPACT: November 12, 6 a.m.- 3 p.m.

REASON FOR IMPACT: To ensure a secure, reliable computing environment TS will be completing routine patch maintenance on their production servers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The university network, internet access and wireless will NOT be affected.

Technology Services schedules regular maintenance windows, generally on the second Sunday of every month, to ensure a secure, reliable computing environment. Thank you for your patience as we conduct this important work.

{Network} Thomas Hall Network, Phone Outage, RESOLVED

Update: 9:15a – TS has resolved the network and phone issues at Thomas Hall.

REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology Services is investigating a network outage in Thomas Hall that is impacting phones and network access via both wireless and wired connections. We’re working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

TS will send out updated communications as we determine the cause and resolution of this issue.

Thomas Hall Network Issue – 11/03/2017 [RESOLVED]

Update: There was a power issue that took the network equipment offline in this building.  This issue is now resolved.  All network services are now working.

Network – Certain External Websites Inaccessible

Update: This issue seems to be resolved as we can now access websites that were not working any longer.  Some websites that were not working included Wells Fargo and LogMeIn.  Those sites are now accessible.  If you are still seeing issues accessing websites please let the Service Desk know.
