Why are the printers ALWAYS broken?
We agree that there have been quite a few printer problems in the library this semester. Each printer in the Learning Commons prints several thousand pages a day and it does take its toll on the machines. We do get them repaired as quickly as possible but it is often necessary to order parts and it does take time for them to arrive. On a positive note, the new printing system allows users to move print jobs from one printer to the other. You can also bring in your laptop and use the laptop printers in the front of the library.
