Monday, July 2 beginning at 7:45 a.m.

REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology Services is replacing a piece of Power Over Ethernet (PoE) network equipment in Weyerhaeuser that failed early this morning, resulting in some phone and wireless network outages in that building. TS should be done with this work by mid-day Monday.

PHONE: SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

Wednesday, June 27 from 4:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Thursday, June 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

REASON FOR IMPACT: TS will be performing maintenance on our phone system as part of a larger effort to migrate our phone system to newer hardware. Since this maintenance only applies to the secondary (backup) system, there should be no impact to our phones during this window. However, in the event that the primary phone system experiences an unexpected issue during this window, there may be a phone outage while we get the secondary (backup) system back online.
