Telephone System Upgrade 7 p.m. 7/10/15 – 5 p.m. 7/12/15 [Completed]

[Updated 1:30 a.m. 7/12] Phone system upgrade complete.

Starting Friday evening at 7 p.m., TS staff will be performing an upgrade to the telephone system. Phones may power cycle multiple times during the upgrade but we do not expect any system-wide outages.

Network Interruption 5-5:10 p.m. 6/11/2015 [Complete]

[Updated 5:07 p.m. 6/11/2015]  The maintenance has been completed successfully. Internet connectivity is fully restored.

[Original] Thursday evening from 5-5:10 p.m., TS staff will need to perform some urgent maintenance on critical network infrastructure. During this time all outside network services will have no availability.

Voicemail System Interrupted 10-11 p.m. 5/20/2015 [extended to 12 a.m.] [completed]

Wednesday evening from 10-11 p.m., TS staff will need to perform some urgent maintenance on the voicemail system. During this time the following services will have sporadic or no availability:

  • Voicemail (reaching voicemail will result in a busy signal)
  • Automated answering messages such as out of office messages
