REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology Services is working with Okta, our identity provider, to understand why people have received intermittent errors when accessing applications in login.pugetsound.edu. If an error is received when accessing login.pugetsound.edu or when accessing a Puget Sound owned application, please try refreshing the page to resolve the issue. TS will provide an update once the intermittent issues have been resolved.

{PUGETSOUND NETWORKS} ISP Demand Maintenance, Tuesday, July 19, 10:00PM – Wednesday, July 20, 02:00AM [COMPLETE]

· External Access to Campus Servers and Services
REASON FOR IMPACT: Our Internet Service Provider, K20, has scheduled a demand maintenance window beginning at 10 pm on 7/19/22 to 2 am on 7/20/22. K20 will perform a software upgrade on one of the K20 core routers in Seattle. Customers directly connected to this router will see 2 service interruptions of 10 to 15 minutes each.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
· Internal campus networks and Wi-Fi will not be affected. Campus users will be able to access internal servers and services.
