KACE Ticketing System: System Maintenance
Friday, February 19 @ 10 am – 11 am
REASON FOR IMPACT: The KACE Ticketing system may experience an outage today as we work with a vendor to resolve stability issues we have been recently experiencing.
· If the system experiences an outage it will be brought back up shortly after.
· Any ticket updates sent by email will need to be manually added by queue owners during any outage period.
