Puget Sound Systems and Applications: Planned Network/Server Maintenance

Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 8:00 – 10:00 p.m.

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: The following production services will be become unavailable during the maintenance window:

·         25live

·         CAS

·         Job listings on main website

·         PeopleSoft Portal

·         PeopleSoft Campus

·         PeopleSoft Financials

·         PeopleSoft HR

·         Transfercreditsearch

·         vDesk

·         Webwork

 

DATE(s) of IMPACT: Wednesday, February 20th, 8:00 – 10:00 p.m.

 

REASON FOR IMPACT: Stability issues with the server load balancers require us to fallback to an older firmware version.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

·         The university network, internet access and wireless will NOT be affected.

·         Technology Services requires periodic planned maintenance windows to ensure a secure and reliable computing environment. Thank you for your patience as we conduct this important work.
