NOTIFICATION OF SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
On Wednesday 03/06/2013 between 11:59-03:00am, Integra will be performing scheduled maintenance to repair some inline equipment.
During this maintenance window, you will experience some brief service interruptions on the Integra (ResNet) internet service.
[Completed] Optimize HR Non-production Patch Maintenance for 3/3/2013 from 8 am to 1 pm.
[Completed] The Optimize HR Non-Production servers, are scheduled to be patched on 3/3/2013 from 8 am to 1 pm. These are non-production servers and should not affect the remainder of the Optimize servers currently running, nor should any services on Campus be affected.

[Completed] 5-10-minute Interruption in Internet Service 2/22/2013
Update: 6:10 am. The replacement was completed without incident at 5:40 am. All services are online.
The Internet connection for university servers and the academic/administrative networks will be interrupted for 5-10 minutes between 5:30 and 6:00 AM Friday morning, while a faulty firewall device is replaced.
This outage will affect all outward-facing university services, but will will not affect the residential networks.
Resolved: Webmail access from web and mobile devices
There was a brief interruption of email service before 5pm for those trying to reach https://webmail.pugetsound.edu and those trying to access pugetsound email on their mobile devices. This has been corrected and service has been restored at approximately 5:05pm.

[Completed] Production Patch Maintenance – Sunday, 2/10/2013
The February 2013 patching has been completed. All services listed below are now back up and operational. The next scheduled patching for production servers, is for March 2013. A separation blog will be posted for this patch window later.
The production patch maintenance is scheduled for Sunday, 2/10/2013, from 3:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Most services may be intermittently or entirely unavailable, including:
- Personal and departmental file shares (on Alexandria and Merlin2)
- Database applications that include Cascade
- Web services such as Moodle
- vDesk
- Print Services
