What Should I Do?

• For spam emails, you can simply delete them. You can also block emails from the same address by right-clicking on the email and marking it as junk or blocking the sender.
• The email looks like it could be phishing, but after investigation by Technology Services, we determined the link was benign. Still always avoid clicking links in suspicious emails. If you are unsure of messages like this in the future, you can always report it.

Tips for Detection

• Technology Services adds a banner at the top of email messages that match patterns of previous phishing attacks. If you see this banner, please use extra caution.
• Always be wary of emails that only contain a link especially when they are unexpected.
