Dear members of the Puget Sound community,

Technology Services (TS) has planned the following maintenance activities. Details on the maintenance being performed are available below:

Planned Maintenance: vDesk (VMware Horizon)

Thursday, November 2 | 1 p.m. –  3 p.m. [DELAYED, WILL RESCHEDULE]

REASON FOR MAINTENANCE: 

  • Technology Services needs to update our vDesk environment (VMware Horizon) to a more recent version so we have a secure and reliable environment.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

  • The vDesk upgrade is being delayed.
  • vDesk has been rolled back to the previous version and is available for use.
  • A new maintenance window will be scheduled in the near future.
