KACE TICKETING: Planned Maintenance

Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. [COMPLETE]

REASON FOR IMPACT: An update will be installed to our KACE ticketing system that provides bug fixes and feature updates.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

·         During the maintenance window tickets will not be able to be viewed, created, or updated.
