KACE is back online and you may use it again. We do not have a fix for the issue yet so it is possible that it will go down again. If it does go down we will try to have it available again as soon as we can. We are still working with support on a permanent fix for the issue.

KACE Ticketing System: System Maintenance
Tuesday, November 24 from 4 pm to approximately 5 pm [COMPLETE]
REASON FOR IMPACT: Our KACE ticketing system is having stability issues that cause it to be inaccessible to end users. The software vendor will take the system down for maintenance to repair the system so it will run stable.
· The maintenance is expected to take about an hour but it could take longer. A notification will be sent out when the work is complete.
· During the maintenance period the system will not be accessible via a web browser and any ticket updates will need to be put in after the maintenance is complete.
· Email addresses that are forwarded to the ticketing system will be turned off and anything sent to them during the maintenance period will remain queued for review by the queue owners.
