PHONES: Intermittent Outbound Call Issue

Thursday, January 24, 2019 beginning at 8:45 a.m.

REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology Services has identified an issue with outbound calls intermittently dropping. We’ve determined that the issue is with our telephone provider, Allstream and we are waiting on an update from them regarding time to resolution. We will send an update as soon as one is available.
