{EMAIL} Intermittent System Issues, August 31, 10:45a to 1:10p

This is an announcement from Technology Services (TS). Please see details below.

EMAIL: Intermittent System Issues

Friday, August 31, 2018, 10:45 a.m. to 1:10 p.m.

REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology Services is working to resolve an issue with one of our Exchange email servers. Over the specified timeframe some individuals were unable to access their email via Webmail or the Outlook client and received a “Cannot connect to server” error message. Please note that this issue only impacted some individuals. As of 1:10 p.m. everyone should be able to access email as we have isolated the issue to a particular server and removed it from active use. As we work to resolve the issue with this server, we will notify you if we experience any other issues that may impact your ability to access email.
