KACE: EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE – COMPLETE
Sunday, July 1 from 1:50 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology Services has completed the emergency maintenance on KACE, our support ticketing system. We needed to apply security patches to the system to address a vulnerability identified by our vendor.
