SYSTEM: Phone – Maintenance for Secondary (Backup) System

June 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

REASON FOR IMPACT: TS will be performing maintenance on our secondary (back-up) phone system as part of a larger effort to migrate our phone system to newer hardware. Since this maintenance only applies to the secondary (backup) system, there should be no impact to our phones during this window. However, in the event that the primary phone system experiences an unexpected issue during this window, there may be a phone outage while we get the secondary (backup) system back online.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

·       In the event that we experience an unanticipated phone outage, TS will use this listserv to communicate information and provide updates.
