myPugetSound: Brief, Unplanned Outage

Wednesday, May 23 from 5:07 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: myPugetSound

REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology Services is still investigating the cause of a brief myPugetSound outage on Wednesday evening. TS was able to bring myPugetSound back online quickly, took steps to increase resources available on key servers and staff are currently monitoring systems to ensure system stability.
