Voicemail: Phone Maintenance

SYSTEM(S) IMPACTED: Accessing voicemail via the “messages button” on Cisco desk phones
REASON FOR IMPACT: Some users, when accessing voicemail via a physical Cisco desk phone, may have been told their PIN was incorrect. Technology Services has worked through the issue and believes the issue is resolved.
