Multiple campus members have reported receiving emails from external addresses impersonating department chairs and department heads in the email display name. The body of the email generally asks for a cellphone number or your availability.

Please note the following information. If you receive a similar message with the indicators below, go ahead and delete the message. Do not respond and do NOT buy gift cards.
