Dear members of the Puget Sound community,

Technology Services (TS) has planned the following maintenance activities. Details on the maintenance being performed are available below:

Yealink T31G Phones: Planned Maintenance

Thursday, April 30 | 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: 

  • Physical Yealink T31G phones.

REASON FOR MAINTENANCE:

  • Technology Services will restart all Yealink T31G phones on campus to resolve an issue where audio works in only one direction.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

  • During the maintenance window, Yealink T31G phones will reboot. Each phone will be offline for approximately 2 minutes.

  • Phones in Security Services will be unaffected by the maintenance.
