Technology Services (TS) is in the process of completing the following maintenance activities. Details on the maintenance being performed are available below:


Residential and Dorm Wired Network: Planned Maintenance

Tuesday’s morning maintenance is complete. Planned Maintenance will resume on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 | 5 – 9 a.m.


SYSTEMS IMPACTED: 

Campus Wired and Wireless Network Access will be unavailable intermittently during the maintenance windows in the following buildings. Below is an update on the status of the impacted buildings.

    • Trimble
    • Todd/Phibbs
    • Anderson/Langdon
    • Regester/Seward
  • Scheduled for Wednesday 
    • East Campus/Langlow/Residential
    • West Campus/Greek Row/Residential
    • Oppenheimer/Smith
    • Thomas

REASON FOR MAINTENANCE:

  • To ensure a secure, reliable computing environment, TS is making changes to the Network Access Control system.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

  • If you need consistent internet access during this time, TS suggests using the Wheelock Student Center, Library, or another academic building not impacted by the planned maintenance. 
  • Maintenance will take place one location at a time.
