{Alumni Email} Open Technical Issue started September 19

Dear members of the Puget Sound community,


Technology Services (TS) is working to resolve the following incident. Details on the outage are available below:


Email: Emailing Alumni email accounts from a pugetsound.edu address

Started September 19 


There is a known issue with emails going from pugetsound.edu accounts to alumni.pugetsound.edu email addresses.  We are investigating the cause and working with Microsoft to resolve the issue. 


Additional information: 

  • Only emails from pugetsound.edu accounts going to Alumni accounts are affected 
  • Alumni can still email pugetsound.edu email accounts
  • Alumni can still send and receive emails from all other external sources
