KACE TICKETING: Planned Maintenance

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: KACE Ticketing

REASON FOR IMPACT: A security update will be installed on our KACE ticketing system.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

·         During the maintenance window tickets will not be able to be viewed, created, or updated.
