KACE: SYSTEM MAINTEANCE

Wednesday, September 19 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

REASON FOR IMPACT: During this maintenance window Technology Services will be installing a system update to KACE, our support ticketing and Windows deployment appliance, and upgrading the SSL certificate. KACE will be unavailable during this timeframe.
