PS FINANCIALS: "Application Message Instance Error" Email Sent

REASON FOR IMPACT: An email with the subject “Application Message Instance Error” was sent from the PS Financials system to a large number of individuals. Technology Services is investigating why this occurred to prevent it from happening again. Please disregard the message.
