Friday, Dec 1^st @  6:00 p.m.- Saturday, Dec 2^nd @ 8:00 p.m. [COMPLETE]

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: the following systems will be unavailable during the specified times

·         PeopleSoft Financials – Friday December 1^st, 6 p.m.-10 p.m.

·         PeopleSoft Human Resources – Saturday December 2^nd, 7 a.m.-8 p.m.

·         KABA Time Keeping – Saturday December 2^nd, 7 a.m.-8 p.m.

REASON FOR IMPACT: Virtualizing the PeopleSoft databases aligns with our disaster recovery and infrastructure strategies.

o    NOTE: the system will store clock in and clock out punches during the maintenance window
