Puget Sound Networks: Unplanned Outage Thompson Hall 1st Floor Wi-Fi

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: Wireless Network 1st Floor Thompson Hall
REASON FOR IMPACT: Power over Ethernet Injector Hardware Failure
SOLUTION: Patched around failed hardware device to restore network access. Wireless access points in Thompson Hall are working correctly.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
· This only affects users on the first floor of Thompson Hall
· The university network, internet access and wireless in other campus locations are NOT affected.
· Technology Services is working to remediate the outage
