PLANNED MAINTENANCE: PeopleSoft Financials

Friday, March 30 @ 6:00 p.m. – Sunday, April 1 @ 8:00 p.m.

SYSTEM(S) IMPACTED: PeopleSoft Financials will be unavailable during the maintenance window.  

DATE(s) of IMPACT: Friday, March 30 @ 6:00 p.m. – Sunday, April 1 @ 8:00 p.m.  

REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology Services will be installing updates to the PeopleSoft Financials system

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

·         During the maintenance window PeopleSoft Financials will be unavailable.

·         Functions that may be impacted include:

o   Viewing budget information

o   Reviewing, entering, and approving requisitions

o   Reviewing purchase orders

o   Chartfield value lookup
