Banner printing from job submission was down from Tuesday afternoon on July 8th (sometime after 3) until 11 a.m. on Wednesday morning, July 9th. The cause was incorrect privileges that had been applied to the banjobsfinances sub-directory on Rainier as the result of a user account change request. The jobs were running, but the reports could not be saved on Rainier and thus were not able to be printed.
