The One and Only Ivan, by Katherine Applegate, is a great book that gives an animal true voice. Some of you might remember Ivan, the gorilla that lived in the B&I store on South Tacoma Way for years, in a concrete jungle. The book gives special remembrance of the gorilla that captured the hearts of millions of people.
