Last weekend, my housemates and I took an impromptu trip down to Washington’s capital city of Olympia.
When we arrived, we checked out the giant REI at the mall, where my housemates bought themselves some fancy Klean Kanteens. We then parked outside of one of the many hip tattoo parlors and made our way to Old School Pizzeria for lunch. We then went to Dumpster Values thrift shop, Rainy Day Record store where we purchased some LPs for our now 3 turntables, Psychic Sister vintage shop where I found and fell in love and purchased a beautiful, golden dress, and an antique store whose name I have forgotten (whoops, but it was so cute). We checked out Cafe Vida, which is also in Seattle where our very own Diversions gets its coffee and trains its staff. After we walked around in the bizarrely sunny yet rainy day, we drove over to look at the state capital. After getting some pictures, it was off to Tacoma, seeing that it was a Sunday and we realized that we had overstayed our visit when all of the stores closed at 5.
