  1. Added posts for Tristen Hall, Will Roundy, Mark Maples, Lisa Griswold, Library, IPE, Alayna Schoblaske. Found photos for some.
  2. Worked on getting iTunesU contract signed by Gayle, scanned, and sent to Katherine for digital signature. Faxed to Apple 10.19.10.
  3. Sent note about potential Admission student workers blogging on Student Life to Mike Rottersman. Doesn’t want to commit them this term. Asked about checking in February.
  4. Sent note to Jan Moore about study abroad bloggers and photo contest.
  5. Updated akismet on library blogs. Tired of getting their comment notifications. Deleted all their spam.
  6. Sent note to Steven Olveda about getting a standing sideline pass for Sienna.
  7. Sent note to Chemistry staff about Sienna filming at magic show.
  8. Called Admission to inquire about having Sienna film some tours to take clips.
  9. Sent email to Chris Sharpe from Subsplash about getting a ballpark quote on developing a basic mobile app. Call to Subsplash to learn more about possibility of mobile app. Sent note to Amy at Fastspot to see if they do similar work.

  1. Ordered FT chocolates from Global Exchange at 5pm on 10.18.10. Finally.
  2. Took Faculty Senate childcare survey.
  3. Worked more on STARS reporting. Sent drafts to outreach, Travis, John, and Dan.
  4. Flickr research.
  5. Restored CES page and 2001-06 chemistry magic show photos from Ingeniux. One time access. Worked with Scott and Kris in CES to try to figure out what was causing data loss, and sent note to Carol Curtin and Mike Hottott about restored photos. Still missing 2007-2009–weren’t in Ingeniux.
  6. Sent note to Brian Mooney at Sequoia about finishing bookstore site.
  7. Sent Gayle follow up email about work schedule.
  8. Reviewed virtual tour photos. ID’d a few to add.
  9. Meeting to discuss external vendor site branding–institutional.
  10. Trying to schedule 2 more prospective students for usability: Rachel Sizer-Williams son and Wendy Dove’s daughter.
  11. Sent reminder to Mark Young about contact info needs for emergency cards.
  12. Sent Lori Jerome info to Comm House.
  13. Made fixes to sick student meal pickup form for Melissa Flood. Made live.
  14. Worked on plan for profile updates. ID’d some potential targets.
