Short week because of the MLK holiday.

  • Welcome site planning meeting.
  • Got concerned email from Jane Carlin about use of UPSID on faculty pages. Sent reply outlining situation and notified WSG and Jimmy/Jeff of the email from Jane. (Bill Breitenbach called her; I emailed him about our discussion.) Left messages with HR, Barbara Racine, and Steven Davis about use of the UPS ID number to verify.
  1. Update: Talked with Mark Young who feels like we can and should make change to user names; he will add to their workflow to check page URLs when change faculty user names. MY talking with MC before announcing and scheduling work.

  1. Sent note to Student Life bloggers to post this week. Sent reminder to student athletes to post. Sent reminder invitation to additional student athletes to try to get a few more.
  2. Added Hannah and Erin as bloggers.
  3. Added new posts from Alayna, Mikayla, Maureen, Lisa, and Hannah.
  4. Sent reminder to Jack Pearce-Droge about community service blog idea. Sent reminder to Justin about outdoor programs blog idea. Sent query to CES about intern bloggers–only 2 committed. Need three.
  5. Extended media upload space to 300MB.
  • Interview for University Business on CMS.
  • Kick-off meeting for events calendar modification. Gayle has first payment in the works with Patti. Not incorporating athletics feed at this time. Mark’s team may be able to do so before fall.
  • Updated PT requirements, Theatre scholarship info. Added Copy Services account. Set up accounts left from last week’s classes.
  • Started OURIS site. Asked Sienna to start converting.
  • Added photos to CHWS check in site.
  • Requested redirects.
  • Added press photo for Shirley.
  • Added missing faculty research page for ENVR.
  • Social media seminar in Seattle.
