    • News updates in Shirley’s absence: added new athletics story (Lunt’s 100th win) in place of Champs (Monday 2/20); turned off Extraordinary Delusions and put up The Mummy (Monday 2/20).
    • Updated aquatics photos.
    • Updated press photos.
    • Tested file upload on MachForm. Still doesn’t work. Sent note to Amy to see if they can help fix.
    • Ordered CMS manuals from Copy Services.
    • Arches fixes.
    • Checked on mobile Admission apps through Enrollment Manager.
    • Website Stats report for 2011 & January 2012, based on campaign comparison report. Sent to Gayle and Sarah for review and feedback.
    • Made updates to aquatics section of campaign site, per Gayle’s request.
    • Added ASUPS spotlight; modified other spotlight expiration dates to run through weekend. Alerted Gayle to changes.
    • Sent Wetlands web server request to Marcus.

  10. Took sexual harassment test. I was overdue!

  14. Bookstore meeting. Next steps: Giot removing breadcrumbs and trying to eliminate nesting frames problem. Plan to meet NEXT Friday 2/24.

  4. Added campaign link to 404 page.
  5. Made flippable files for Viewbook, Jr. Viewbook, Undergrad Bulletin, Business Brochure, Freshman Application Guide, School of Music Brochure. Sent request for Giot to upload to media server. Added TOCs to Bulletin and Viewbook flippables.
  6. Broke SOM file into individual PDF pages and then created new PDF with individual pages. Then created new flippable.
  7. Updated UCAN site.
