  2. Added FB post for Desmond Tutu for Shirley. Uploaded 2 commencement videos to FB.
  3. Added Garden Level and What She Said videos to YT playlists and favorites.
  4. Uploaded commencement videos to YT from Shirley and Gayle.
  5. Selected and uploaded commencement photos to flickr. Added photostream to Commencement home page.
  6. Uploaded Dancing in the Street video to Vimeo for Nani. Embedded on CMS page.
  7. Added student profiles for Kelsey Baran ’11, Kelton Mock ’15, and Billy Rathje ’15.
  8. Sent confirmation email to Grace Ferrera to blog this summer.
  9. Sent reminders to study abroad, fellowships, and research bloggers inviting them to participate before I invite more.
  10. Set up blog accounts for Corrie Wong, Abby Kaufman, Chelsea Asher, Becca Zavala, Grace Ferrara, Rachael Mallon. Reset passwords. Sent instruction emails. Added categories. Added bios for Becca and Grace.

  1. Attended 3 ERP demos.
  2. Worked on iPad. Noted that CMS not working completely on iPad/iPod. Possibly just impacting Tiny MCE add on. Sent note to Amy to inquire.
  3. Created Summer Commute Survey for Karly. Added blurb for commuter profile on Sean Vincent.
  4. Met with Giot to develop plan for Bookstore. Sent early test to Brian and Barbara.
  5. Set Jennica up to convert old Arches to CMS. Started editing converted pages. Sent Chuck and Cathy some test pages.
  6. Had laptop upgraded to Windows 7. Reinstalled software.
  7. CMS training for Joey Lange, Treasury student.

  3. Added Late Spring 2011 photo set to Flickr. Added Athletics 2011-12 photo set. Updated embedded photoset on Athletics jump page.

  1. Video editing for Res Life BOT. Bought software to export WMV high quality file. Tested. Loaded on Linda King’s laptop.
  2. String Festival pages for Margaret; reported BigTree problem to Amy/Giot. (Turned out to be Firefox issue with Big Tree)
  3. Arches meeting.
  4. Planned Giving snafu. Worked with Giot/Fastspot on scrollbars. Talked with Ted about project.

  3. Added commuter profile.

  5. Work study appreciation.
  6. Tried figuring out time off again with March calculations. Sigh. Finally succeeded!
  7. CTR survey
  8. Student Affairs/Board video project. Worked with Sarah on demo. Reviewed with Student Affairs. Retrieved and translated original video files from media lab. Worked more with Sarah on demo. Uploaded to Vimeo for DSA and Gayle/Ron to review.
  9. Posted new Theatre forms page. Requested removal of old redirect.
  10. Reviewed Wells Fargo. Added Kronos hours for May 1-15.
