  6. Sent note to Nick about Akismet messages on WordPress.
  7. Making edits to social media handbook from SMUG meeting.
  8. Sent note to Bill Barry about study abroad blog for his students. Sent names to DOS for approval. Set up blog accounts for all three and sent intro email with agreement to sign.

  4. Set up Alayna, Cony, and Lisa for Student Life blog. Sent email.
  5. Added new user for library Collins Unbound blog.
  6. Requested creation of SMUG listserv.

  1. Sent SAC signage price quote to Exec and Outreach. Got approval from John. Edited signage. Sent note to Bob, Jay, and Travis (copied John) to get clarification on ordering timers, changing bathroom signage, and posting new signs.
  2. Worked with Tasha on Logger Card site.
  3. Created missing faculty page.
  4. Updated RPI page. Created new form for Youth Summit registration.
  5. Conducted prospective student usability sessions with Camille, Jake, and Marissa.
  6. Conducted review of Social Media Handbook draft with Social Media Task Force; discussed transition to Social Media User Group.
  7. Met with Bob Matthews to discuss Faculty Club and Oral History pages. Set him up as a CMS user with access for Faculty Club. Added Oral History pages to CMS. Converted calendar archive pages and reformatted.
  8. Fixed broken link to Arrange a Visit. Asked about instructions on that external page.
  9. Sent editing notes for Library wufoo form to match formatting of site better. Sent note to Mark about form needs and plan.
  10. Sent note to Steven Olveda about weird YouTube Logger Athletics video.
  11. Started Recycled Rag for August and September. Got edits from Kyle Egerdal (new Josh).
  12. Met with Skylar Bihl and worked on Green Dot site. Created form for submitting green dots to Skylar.
  13. Created NCA eval form.

  7. Restored a few missing links and the traditions page to the student handbook site.
  8. Converted missing Slater Museum pages. Made various corrections in Slater site.
  9. Conducted CMS training for Terri Gonzalez, English. Added permissions.
  10. Meeting to discuss GAP and RSA/RHA pilot. Sent follow up notes to Jenni Cinq-Mars for confirmation before forwarding to outreach/pilot.
  11. Formatted usability packet for prospective student sessions.
  12. Met with Rachel and Justin to talk about outreach stuff. Compiled notes on sign inventory, requested price quote on redoing signs.
  13. Came in on Sunday for first usability session.
