  2. Added Samantha Bourdon and Emily Mullins to CMS. Trained both.
  3. Fixed music pages.
  4. Sent email to Alyce DeMarais regarding Bulletin info requirements on School sites.
  5. Created basic instructions for WordPress.com emergency site editing.
  6. Created movie flyer for SAC/TFC documentaries. Sent to Copy Services to print.
  7. Reserved Who Killed the Electric Car.
  8. Sent GAP info to Shane and Kelly and copied Ellie and Stef.
  9. Converted basic graphic standards manual text into CMS for Julie to get started.
  10. Sent follow up note to new Sequoia contact, Brian Mooney, explaining plans to brand institutionally and asking for specs.
  11. Removed name from sustainability grant PDF as requested.
  12. Updated Recycled Rag page.
  13. Restored Susan Resneck Pierce content to live site.
  14. Summit/Expo meeting.
  15. Finished reaccreditation site after working with Nick and Giot to get access to the files.
  16. Continued intranet research.
  17. Set up dates to check dorms for SAC signs.
  18. Tested message board changeover in Welcome test site. Sent note to Robin and Sarah.
  19. Created test image of emergency icon on home page. Added emergency icon to emergency blog in case needed.

  6. Sent reminder emails to Tristen Hall and Jill Nguyen. Added Jill’s photo and bio.
  7. Sent Reunion lightbox to Nani and Steve for review before posting. Posted Reunion photoset on Flickr. Added embedded slideshow on alumni landing page, per Nani’s request.
  8. Sent note to DOS and IP re: inviting Mary Krauszer to blog about semester at sea. Sent note to Alyce DeMarais, Lisa Ferrari.
  9. Renamed reunion videos on YouTube. Created playlist. Rearranged channel entries. Added favorites for Japanese video and The Calculator.
